Morgan Partners LLC Expands Practice: Names Patrick Vaughn Managing Director

Morgan Partners, an independent middle-market investment bank serving the financial technology sector, today announced that Patrick Vaughn has joined as Managing Director and a partner with the firm. Patrick will be based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
In his new role, Mr. Vaughn will be responsible for establishing and expanding relationships with financial technology and service providers, financial sponsors, and other companies in the sector, while overseeing and executing merger and acquisition and fundraising transactions for the firm’s clients.

Mr. Vaughn worked previously in technology investment banking at Sherman & Company and Triarch Partners. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
