Morgan Partners, an independent middle-market investment bank serving the financial technology sector, today announced its role as exclusive financial advisor to Intygral (formerly known as Astonish Results), a portfolio company of Serent Capital, in its sale to Zywave, Inc.

Zywave, backed by Aurora Capital Group, will incorporate Intygral’s sophisticated digital marketing system into its leading agency management solutions in use at more than 3,000 insurance agencies around the world.  The seamless combination of Intygral’s digital marketing platform and services with Zywave’s Broker Briefcase content marketing solution will allow Zywave’s clients to stay more engaged and relevant with their customers and prospects.
