Morgan Partners is pleased to announce that it has advised Coretelligent, a portfolio company of Veronis Suhler Stevenson (“VSS”), on its acquisition of managed services provider Soundshore Technology Group (“STG”).  For more than 20 years, STG built a niche practice delivering superlative IT services to 70+ alternative investment management firms, including prominent hedge funds and private equity firms in the Northeast and Southern California.
