Alacrity is a recognized leader in insurance claims management services in North America, and this transaction marks its 15th acquisition since 2015.

Founded in 2005, CCA offers a full suite of services including property claims management, field and desk adjusting, and TPA services through a national network of skilled adjusters. The company has particular expertise in claims resolution and quality, which has enabled its substantial growth as well as its strong customer satisfaction and retention.
