WELLESLEY, Mass., September 1, 2021 – Morgan Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as exclusive financial advisor to ReSource Pro, a portfolio company of DFW Capital Partners (“DFW”), in its acquisition of Insurance Licensing Services of America, Inc. (“ILSA” or the Company). ILSA is an industry leading regulatory and compliance firm delivering outsourced Licensing and Compliance filings, Surplus Lines Tax filings and Corporate/Annual filings services for insurance brokers and agencies.  By acquiring ILSA, ReSource Pro is building on its strategy to deliver business transformation services and operational solutions to insurance organizations.
